Pinang Kopi Tiam is located in the airport. As we headed straight there to avoid rushing and buy us some time to still have breakfast, we saw this eatery and decided to get our first meal of the day there.
The cafe itself is also a coffee brand so when we got their Original White, it is actually a mix. Hmm, it was average for me because at coffee shops in SG and MY, I always expect the “stocking coffee” when you say “local”.
Fried rice is a common staple back home for breakfast and so this dish normally appeals to me at this time of the day. I ordered a Nasi Goreng Ayam while brother got a Nasi Lemak Ayam
I looooove the fried rice as it is not too salty and the infused veggies are crunchy, it is delicious. Same goes with the chicken which is crispy and tender.
Brother also enjoyed his meal.
We quite enjoyed our breakfast and this can be recommended for those that might be in the airport as it is a good option rather than the typical western sandwich and fast food places within the area.
