Pan De Sal is a popular bread back home. I would say, it is the most popular. Small bakeries would never not have it. People would eat it for breakfast, or snack time, or like me, some times for dinner. Just pair it up with a good jam or spread and serve while still hot.. plus a cup of coffee or tea perhaps. 🙂
I attempted to shape it like the usual way, meaning how it is moulded when bought at bakeries back home (those at the back portion of the photo) and attempted to make it a muffin shape haha (as seen on the front).
