Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King

Posted on Updated on

It was my first time to try a Ramen place that offers unlimited hard boiled eggs and bean sprouts. I think the concept is somehow unique – eggs are good on ramens right?

This tiny ramen nook sits quietly at the new Paya Lebar Square. Very tiny that you would usually see queues especially come lunch and dinner.

The place somehow transported us to those izakaya, ramen places, sake bars in Osaka and Kyoto – which looks very much the same. The festive feeling, night life, the joy of basically downing a beer in such a cold place. Only this time of course, we would be stuffing ourselves up with hot ramen. 🙂

Egg All You Can! haha
You can specify what you would like for your Ramen…

I opted for Normal for soup taste and I find that it was very strong and salty. I think next time I should just make the taste light.

Overall, I think this ramen place is something that I can still visit next time given the ambience and the accessibility and of course, the quality of the ramen as well.

Paya Lebar? That’s where the Visa office is at, right? Too bad I did not know about this the last time I visited SG. That unlimited boiled egg offering is really inviting 😀
